Spongebob Square's History Character & Facts

History

Spongebob's history can be traced down to 1993 when Rocko's Modern Life first aired. Stephen Hillenburg first start sketching Spongebob back in 1983. When Pocko's Modern Life was token off air Stephen teamed up with director Derek Drymon. Spongebob's original look was  to wear a red hat with a green base and a white business shirt with a tie and named Spongeboy. In 1999 the first episode was aired, at the time The Rugrats where very popular and out shinned low-bodget cartoons like Spongebob. 2003- 2005 where the lowest points for spongebob. Although in 2005 season 4 started and Spongebob got it's fame back. Now has 8 Seasons & A total of 742 aired episodes and segments.

In all , Spongebob Squarepants has 21 character. Some are in every other episode or rarely shown or main characters.

Spongebob Squarepants is the protagonist. He is also quite the child in the show, he is known for geting scared very easily. For the past 31 year Spongebob hasn't aged in looks or personality. After a long day at the Krusty Krab he will go jelly fishing with he's best friend Patrick or bother Squidward. Next to jelly fishing he sometimes pratices karate with Sandy or does bubble blowing. Spongebob has pet snail named Gary. He is very intelligent unfortunetly, since he is a snail he can't show it. Spongebob is proud of beging employee of the month-374 times. With Patrick he watches there favorite super heros together , Mermaid Man & Barnacle Boy. Still he walked to work every day since he has failed he's drivers license 1258056  times.

Patrick Star, is Spongebob's best friend. He isn't the brightest one in the show...even Spongbob notices sometimes. Once in while he says something brilliant. 

He lives in a rock two doors down from he's best friend. He's rock he been shown as many rooms. ( kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom ) In real life sea stars are said to have a lack of brain, he is great example. he likes to be include in almost everything, but is very layed back. Spongebob and Patrick have alot in common, but Patrick dosen't have a job. He often enjoys ice cream, more then spongebob & likes ballons. When he wanted to do something , he has he's mind set on finishing it.

We all known the person who gets irritated easy, this is that guy. On a daily bases he gets bothered by Spongebob at work everyday, then when he gets home he lives right in between Spongebob & Patrick. To him it seems he can never get peace and quiet for himself. Even in he's own house. When he isn't being bothered or at work , he is practicing to he's clarinet (Clary) Squidward is very much into the art. With music, art, dance and sculptures. Through out he's house he has all types of self-portraits He even had he's own art and music class! Till Spongebob ruined both of them. He like  being the center of attention with he's music instead he gets in trouble for playing , since he isn't all that good. At all. Squidward is rather more of an adult, never laughs or smiles only on very good occasions. 

Sandy Cheeks

Sandy is a squrriel under water ! , she wears an air-filled diving outfit outside of her treedome. Originally she is from texas, in the picture on the right she was singing of how much she misses being in Texas. Compared to other she is the toughest and most outrageous. Even the strongest in the Bikini Bottom. Her intest inculid arcorns, katre and many athletics, fly fishing and most importantly being a scientist. Once she built her own rocket to travel to the moon. Sometimes a group of Scientist  go to her treedome to her new inventions. Like Spongebob she has a pet , will multiple pets. a caterpillars, worms, snakes & crickets. Like any other squirrel she hibernates, underwater! Even thought Sandy doesn't seems like much of a 'girl' she is at heart.

Eugene Herbert Victor Krabs

Birthday : November, 30, 1942

Occupation : Owner Of Krusty Krab

Mr.Krabs is he's work name. At work he employees Spongebob and Squidward. He always is save every bit of money he can but he is a 'cheapskate' he even goes to a competition to win the name the cheapest Krab. At he's restaurant he sells Krabby Patties , which the whole town of Bikini Bottom enjoy. Across the street there an old friend but now a rival. Plankton. Back in the old day they where the best of friends , but one day they made a recipe and they started selling it together. Eugene add another formula, even since then Eugene has took the Kabby Patties and them he's own without Plankton. Now Plankton has tired at least 100 times to get the formula- which is in Mr.Krab's office in a safe. Outside of work, he has a teenager daughter, Pearl Krabs. The Mother was caught years ago. Pearl wants everything expensive, but 'Daddy' always attempts to make her happy. But always fails. he also served in the Navy where he eared the name Armor Abs Krabs. 

Sheldon J. Plankton

Plankton lives in he's restaurant with he's computer wife Karen. He has a large family since in one episode , although he doesn't like being around them because they are not as intelligent as him. Plankton is trying to steal Mr.Krab's Recipe the one he help make. Although he has he's own restaurant , serving chum. When people come they are discussed with the uncleanly and have to visit the hospitals soon after eating Plankton's 'chum'. He is the smallest of all the character , hints the name 'Plankton'. Trying to steal the formula has put him in jail, flushed down a towel, flicked, trampled on, flinged even put on a put throwed it like a Frisbee back to he's home. Like Sandy , he enjoys science , making potions , gases and inventions to over 10 working machines. But broke down or weren't useful. 

 Fun Facts

• Even Obama watches Spongebob once in while with he's two daughters . 

• Squidward isn't an octopus nor a squid. Since he has 6 tentacles. ( Stephen felt like 8 would make Squidward look too bulky. )

•  Spongebob lives in a pineapple because Stephen feels like the character would like the smell.

• Spongebob cant make anything but a Krabby Patty.

• Spongebob has been broadcast around the world in 25 different languages.
